Wasea: Building Process

Wasea employs a team of highly skilled specialists with over sixty years of combined experience in the design and manufacture of self-framing and rigid frame steel buildings. Wasea professionals bring a sense of pride and personal commitment to their work. Wasea precision equipment to design and manufacture metal structures to costumers specifications. Wasea’s commitment to quality and service begins with the quotation which provides an immediate and accurate cost estimate. The next step is customer approval drawings utilizing Wasea’s engineering expertise and followed by fabrication drawings and materials list generated by the drafting team. After client approval, the job moves to the shop floor, where Wasea’s high precision fabricating equipment ensures the structures are designed and built to the costumers exact specifications. Wasea building structures can be quickly assembled and easily mounted on a base or skid.

Custom Requirements

Our engineering team can provide custom solutions to building requirements such as fire rating, acoustical requirements, hurricane rating. Wasea can provide engineering consultation and design for architectural and structural projects. Wasea can also provide HVAC design if required.
